Exchange and Return Conditions
To exchange or return goods, you must submit a Return Request and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days (2 weeks) after which a new RGA number must be requested.
• Goods must be returned within the 45 days following reception of your order
• Must be included a copy of the RGA
• Returns must be sent freight prepaid, using the delivery service of your choice
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging and all parts must be included
No return or exchange is accepted for wheels that have been mounted on a tire. We strongly recommend that you test fit your wheels on the vehicle prior to mounting.
Factory Wheel Replacement will pay return shipping fees in the following situations:
• The wrong fitment information was provided by the vehicle search tool at www.factorywheelreplacement.com
• The wrong fitment advice was provided by our customer service department
• We sent you the wrong product
• The product was labelled wrong
• Damaged in transport
• Defective product
In the above cases, factorywheelreplacement.com will email you the required shipping instructions. You must then schedule the FedEx return pick-up or bring the merchandise to the nearest FedEx store.
Refund Conditions
Refunding of returned goods can take up to 10 days following reception of the return.
The return conditions listed above must be followed and respected in order to receive a refund.
Restocking fees
All returned merchandise must be new and in perfect condition. All returns are subject to freight charges, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
