This is a reconditioned original Toyota 17" black steel wheel for the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 Toyota RAV4. All of our wheels are guaranteed straight and to balance.
Reconditioned wheels may take 2 business days to recon before they can ship. We will make every effort to ship as quickly as we can.
Note: Your factory hubcap/wheel cover, lugs, & TPMS will fit this wheel. Not included.

- Please inspect the product when you receive them. If there is any shipping damage or rare quality issues that we missed, contact us immediately by email with pictures, or by phone. Strict Policy Notice: Once the product has had a tire installed, we cannot exchange it or take it back for a refund.
- Our fitment guarantee is based on you ordering the right wheel and us receiving the correct make and model information. Wrong information can void the guarantee if mounted on the incorrect make or model year.
- All wheels are guaranteed straight and guaranteed to balance. Balance guarantee is valid up to 30 days past delivery date. Contact as soon as possible if there is an issue, from the tire shop if you can and we can try to help diagnose the issue.
- Our finish guarantee for painted and machined wheels, which all have a clearcoat, is for 24 months from the date of purchase under normal usage. Damage caused by improper mounting, bad roads, hitting curbs, using acids and buffing compounds and extreme weather conditions is not covered.
- Our finish guarantee on chrome wheels is for 12 months from the date of purchase under normal wear and care conditions. Damage from corrosion due to road salt or chemicals is not covered.
Each guarantee will be handled on a case by case basis. Damage caused by abnormal usage will be excluded and not covered. Proper care is essential. Please only use nonabrasive and mild soaps with a soft brush to clean and never use any products that contain acid.

FactoryWheelReplacement.com offers Free Shipping on all of our products! Most orders purchased before 4pm EST will ship the same day!
We ship our alloy wheels Monday-Friday through FedEx ground. Smaller orders, like center caps and tire pressure sensors, will ship through USPS. Most orders placed before 4pm eastern will ship the same business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers the day the items ship. FedEx tracking numbers can be found at www.FedEx.com, or by calling FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339). And USPS tracking numbers can be found at www.USPS.com. If there are any issues with a shipment, please let us know ASAP so we can look into it.
Every order will be professionally packaged. Scroll down to see an example of how a wheel is protected. All wheels are packaged with plastic, mesh cover, foam, hard plastic lip ring, cardboard and more to get to you safely. Please inspect your order when you receive it. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, please do not use/install the item. We cannot exchange or take back an item that has been installed (tire mounted). At this time, we are only shipping ground service to the contiguous 48 U.S. States. Below is a map that gives an ETA of shipping times. Expedited shipping service is extremely expensive for the size and weight of wheel boxes, so we are only shipping ground service. All products are offered with free ground shipping on our website!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange. If any mistake is made by us or if your order is damaged during shipping, we will cover shipping both ways and you will NOT be charged a restocking fee. You will only be subject to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee to pay for the original shipping cost when you ordered wrong or no longer need your order. You can return a product for up to 45 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
